皆さん、こんにちは！
次のイベントは藤岡市初のイベントです！藤岡市みかぼみらい館のギャラリーで、ゲームや会話を楽しみながら、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。子どもから大人まで、誰でも参加できますので、ぜひお越しくださいませ！

内容：世界で人気がある英語のボードゲームなどで遊びましょう。県内ALTなどと英語で会話をしながら、駒を動かしたり、カードなどで遊んだりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。英語初心者の方も大歓迎！

・日時：11月16日（金）、19:00-21:00（18:30受付）
・場所： 藤岡市みかぼみらい館 　ギャラリー (B1F)
（群馬県 藤岡市藤岡2728番地 ）
（エントランスロビーから階段で地下までお越しください。）
・参加費：無料（事前申し込みが必要です）

Fujioka Board Game Night

Our next event will be our first ever in Fujioka! Come join us for a night of fun, games and conversation in the lovely gallery of the Fujioka-shi Mikabo Mirai Kan. All ages are welcome. We are looking forward to having you!

  • Date & Time: November 16 (Fri.) 19:00-21:00 (Registration from 18:30)
  • Location: Fujioka-shi Mikabo Mirai Kan Gallery (B1F)
    (2728 Fujioka, Fujioka-shi, Gunma-ken)
    (Please head into the entrance lobby and go down to the basement floor.)
  • Cost: Free (Prior registration is required)
  • Registration Deadline: Thursday, November 15, noon (12pm)
  • Max. Participants: 30 Registration will close when capacity is reached. (Waitlist option available)
    *Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent.

夏の暑い日が続いていますが、もうすぐ秋ですね。
大人気の前橋ボードゲームナイトは9月21日（金）に開催いたします。定員に達する可能性が高いので、お早めに申し込みください！
内容：世界で人気がある英語のボードゲームなどで遊びましょう。
県内ALTなどと英語で会話をしながら、駒を動かしたり、カードなどで遊んだりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。英語初心者の方も大歓迎！

Thank You! * Paint Night * ペイントナイト

JOMO JET held the first Paint Night on Friday, June 22 at Maebashi Chuo Kominkan. The event was inspired by painting parties that have gained popularity in North America, where people gather to relax, paint, share food and drink, and socialize.
JOMO JETは6月22日に前橋中央公民館で初めてのペイントナイトイベントを開催しました。北米では近年、ペインティングをしながら交流を楽しめる「ペインティングパーティー」が人気になってきました。これをきっかけとして、「ペイントナイト」を企画しました。

Our instructor was Jessica, an art major and former Gunma ALT. She came all the way from Saitama for us. Jessica demonstrated acrylic painting and explained everything step-by-step in simple English.
講師は美術を専攻した元群馬県のALT（外国語指導助手）のジェシカでした。わざわざ埼玉県から来てくれて、わかりやすい英語でアクリルペインティングを教えてくれました。

 

We referred to photos of Oze and sketched the basic parts of our paintings in pencil before applying paint. There was also bossa nova playing in the background that helped set the mood.
尾瀬の写真を見ながら鉛筆で下書きを描き、絵の具で色を塗りました。会場ではボサノヴァの曲も流れていたので、とても落ち着ける雰囲気でした。

Halfway through painting, everyone took a well-deserved break. We enjoyed snacks and chatting with one another.
休憩時間には、皆でおやつを食べたり会話をしたりして、楽しみました。

The great thing about Paint Night is that anyone can join and have fun making art. Many people experienced how fun painting can be, and were happily surprised by what they could produce.
ペイントナイトの魅力的なところは、誰でも参加でき、絵を描くことを楽しめることです。楽しくて、作品も思ったより上手にできたと多くの参加者が感じてくれました。

We all painted the same Oze landscape, but everyone’s own unique styles showed through. It was fun to admire each other’s work.
みなさん同じ尾瀬の景色を描きましたが、仕上がった作品に一人一人のスタイルが現れていました。お互いの絵を鑑賞するのも面白かったと思います。
