Maebashi Board Game Night

前橋ボードゲームナイト
世界で人気がある英語のボードゲームで遊びましょう。
県内のALTたちと英語で会話をしながら、駒を動かしたり、
カードなどで遊んだりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。
英語初心者の方も大歓迎！

  • 主催：JOMO JET
  • 日時：９月２０日（金）、19:00-21:00（18:45受付）
  • 場所：昭和庁舎　34会議室
    　　（前橋市大手町1-1-1）
  • 参加費：無料（事前申し込みが必要です）
  • 締め切り：９月１９日（木）正午
  • 定員：３０名　定員になり次第締め切ります。（キャンセル待ち可）
    　　＊15 歳未満の参加者は保護者の同伴が必要となります。

Maebashi Board Game Night

Let’s play board games from around the world.
Come speak in English with local ALTs while we play all kinds of games. It’ll be a lot of fun!
English beginners are welcome too!

  • Hosted by: JOMO JET
  • Date & Time: Fri., September 20, 19:00-21:00 (doors open at 18:45)
  • Location: Showa Chosha, Meeting Room #34 (3F)
    (1-1-1 Ote-machi, Maebashi-shi)
  • Cost: Free (Prior registration is required)
  • Registration Deadline: Thurs., September 19, noon
  • Max. Participants: 30 Registration will close when capacity is reached. (A waitlist is available)
    *(Participants under age 15 must be accompanied by a guardian)

On Friday, December 14th, JOMOJET held another successful Board Game Night at Isesaki High School, co-hosted with their International Club. This time around, we had a Christmas theme and some people came dressed in Christmassy outfits!
JOMO JETは12月１４日（金）に伊勢崎高等学校のインターナショナル部と「伊勢崎ボードゲームナイト」を開催しました。今回はクリスマスをテーマにしましたので、クリスマスらしい服装を着てきた人もいました。

    サンタさんも遊びに来ましたよ！

    クリスマスツリーもありました！

We played various interesting games! The 6 games we played were: Apples to Apples, Toddles Bobbles, Dixit, Super Rhino, English Jenga and Oh Really!
様々な面白いゲームで遊びました。今回のゲームは「アップル・トゥ・アップル」、「ナンジャモンジャ」、「ディクシット・オデッセイ」、「キャプテン・ライノ」、「英語ジェンガ」と「オー・リアリー！」、全部で６つのゲームでした。

Student volunteers at Isesaki High School were wonderful. Thanks to them, Board Game Night has been a great success.
伊勢崎高等学校のインターナショナル部の皆さんはとても素敵な方ばかりでしたね。皆さんのおかげで、ボードゲームナイトは大成功でした！

９月のイベントは前橋ボードゲームナイトでした。参加者だけではなく、たくさんの群馬県内のALTもボランティアとして来てくれて、一緒にゲームで遊びました。とても楽しかったです！

In September, we had our Maebashi Board Game Night! Over 20 participants and volunteers came together to play many board games and to have fun discussions in English!

参加者は子供から大人まで、英語力も様々でした。今回は８種類のゲームがありました。今回もすごく楽しいイベントになりました。

We had many participants of all ages and levels of English. Together, we enjoyed eight games.  The night was full of laughter and fun!
