JOMO JET is a group of JET Programme participants in Gunma that aims to contribute to the internationalization of Gunma, to foster international exchange, and to promote the JET Programme within Gunma through planning local outreach events.
JOMO JET とは群馬県内のJETプログラム（語学指導等を行う外国青年招致事業の略称）参加者 （ALT：外国語指導助手）が、学校や職場での職務以外で、地域との国際交流を行うために、自ら企画した事業を実施している団体です。

JOMO JET is excited to announce JOMOvie Day, a special film screening event on Saturday, May 16th at the Takasaki Denkikan. The program will feature a selection of unique and engaging short films centered on storytelling and cultural perspectives from both the United States and Japan. After the screenings, there will be time for participants to share their thoughts and connect with one another. We hope that this afternoon of watching movies will also serve as a meaningful opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences through film and discussion.
JOMOvie Day will have a limited capacity, so be sure to sign up early! Please note that snacks and alcohol are not allowed inside the venue, but drinks can be purchased from the theater’s vending machines. In the event that the screening is cancelled, all participants will be notified by email by 12:00 noon on the day of the event.
