Numata Board Game Night (03/17) 開催のお知らせ

皆さん、こんにちは。寒さが厳しい中、元気にお過ごしでしょうか。この寒い時期にJOMO JETと一緒に英語を練習しながらボードゲームでもいかがですか？
今度は沼田で聖パトリックの祝日に開催します！

内容：世界で人気がある英語のボードゲームなどで遊びましょう。
ALTや国際交流員と英語で会話をしながら、駒を動かしたり、カードなどで遊んだりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。英語初心者の方も大歓迎です。
＊聖パトリックの祝日（3月17日）のお祝いで、緑色の服装でお越し頂いた方にプレゼントがあります！

■日時：3月17日（金）、19:00-21:00
（受付：18:45～）
■場所：沼田中央公民館　第2講義室
（〒378-0043　沼田市東倉内町829-1）
■参加費：無料（事前申し込みが必要です）
■締め切り：3月16日（木）、正午
■定員：20名　定員になり次第締め切ります（キャンセル待ち可）
＊15 歳未満の参加者は保護者の同伴が必要となります

Hello, everyone.  How are you fairing in this cold weather?  During this cold winter, how about playing board games and practicing English with JOMO JET?
This time we’ll be hosting the event in Numata on St. Patrick’s Day.  In celebration of the holiday, we will give a present to participants who come wearing green clothing!

■Date & Time: Friday, March 17, 19:00-21:00
(registration from 18:45)
■Venue: Numata Chuo Kominkan, #2 Meeting Room
(829-1 Higashikurauchi-machi, Numata)
■Cost: Free (prior registration is required)
■Deadline: Thursday, March 16, 12pm
■Capacity limit: 20 people (registration will close when capacity is reached, but a waiting list option is available)
＊Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent.

Thank You! * Kiryu Board Game Night * 桐生のボードゲームナイト

On January 20th, JOMO JET co-hosted Kiryu Board Game Night with the Kiryu International Exchange Association at the lovely Kiryu Shimin Bunkakaikan.

１月２０日に、JOMO JETは桐生市国際交流協会とともに桐生ボードゲームナイトを共催しました。素敵な桐生市市民文化会館の中で行いました。

As always, there was great fun to be had. We had a great time playing board games with the locals, and we think they did as well.

今回もすごく楽しいイベントとなりました。JOMO JETメンバーは地元の人とボードゲームを楽しみましたし、彼らも楽しんでいたでしょう。

Unfortunately, there was a sudden snow storm right before the event started! While Kiryu looked beautiful in its coat of snow, many people were unable to attend because of the weather. It’s a shame that they couldn’t join us, but because of the lower number of participants we were able to connect better on a one-on-one level compared to the average board game night.

残念なことに、イベントの直前に急に吹雪になってしまいました！桐生の雪景色は綺麗でしたが、雪で来場できなかった人もいました。ですが、人数が少なかったため今回はいつもよりも一対一といった感じでうまく交流できました。

世界で人気がある英語のボードゲームなどで遊びましょう。ALTなどと英語で会話をしながら、駒を動かしたり、カードなどで遊んだりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。英語初心者の方も大歓迎です。群馬のボードゲームナイトで一緒に遊びましょう！
