JOMO JET is a group of JET Programme participants in Gunma that aims to contribute to the internationalization of Gunma, to foster international exchange, and to promote the JET Programme within Gunma through planning local outreach events. JOMO JET とは群馬県内のJETプログラム（語学指導等を行う外国青年招致事業の略称）参加者　（ALT：外国語指導助手）が、学校や職場での職務以外で、地域との国際交流を行うために、自ら企画した事業を実施している団体です。

講師がアクリル絵の描き方を英語で丁寧に教えます。
見本を見ながら尾瀬国立公園の景色を楽しく描きましょう。
最後にその描いた絵画を持って帰れます。
英語・美術初心者も大歓迎です。

Learn how to make an acrylic painting from our instructor in English.
Step by step, participants will enjoy painting a beautiful landscape of Oze and be able to take their creations home.
English beginners and first-time artists are welcome too!

皆さん、こんにちは！
今度のボードゲームイベントは中之条町で開催します！
それに、いつもの「ナイト」ではなくて、今回は「デイ」（お昼）で開催します。
土曜日の午後、JOMO JETと一緒に英語を練習しながらボードゲームでもいかがですか？

内容：世界で人気がある英語のボードゲームなどで遊びましょう。
県内ALTなどと英語で会話をしながら、駒を動かしたり、カードなどで遊んだりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。英語初心者の方も大歓迎！

■日時：5月12日（土）、14:00-16:00 (13:45 受付)
■場所：ツインプラザ大会議室（2階）

The next board game event will be held in Nakanojo! With that, instead of the usual board game “night”, it will be a board game “day” event. How about practicing English while enjoying board games with JOMO JET on a fine Saturday afternoon?

Thank You! * Kiryu Board Game Night * 桐生ボードゲームナイト

On Friday, November 10th, JOMO JET held another successful board game night at the Kiryu City Performing Arts Center in Kiryu. The event gathered many participants from around the world and of all age groups, and for one night, elementary school, international, and senior participants went head to head over English board games. We even got to see several arm wrestling competitions– complementary of English Jenga!

11/10（金）に桐生市市民文化会館で　JOMO　JET　のボードゲームナイトが開催しました。参加者は小学生から大人、そしてさらに色んな国からの人も一緒に仲良く、楽しく英語のゲームを遊べました。英語ジェンガでも腕相撲の罰ゲームで盛り上がりました。お疲れ様です！

There were 7 games: English Jenga, Incan Gold, Mahe, Pictureka, Ghost Blitz, Toddles Bobbles, and Hedbanz.

Thank you to everyone that came out to this event. I personally had fantastic conversations about travel destinations around the world over snacks and tea and got a little too excited watching participants sing and dance at the Jenga table.

We’ll see you all at the next Board Game Night!

全部で７つのゲームが並んであり、参加者は好きなゲームを三つ選べます。もちろんゲームは英語で遊びます。それにしても楽しく英語を使ってくれた参加者を見てすごく感動しました。小学生の子供達も色んな新しい英語の単語を学んで、最後も”see you~”でお別れしました。私も休み時間に旅行のおすすめ情報をたくさん聞かせてもらいました。これからも英語を日常にたくさん使ってください〜来てくれてありがとうございました！
