Kiryu Board Game Day 桐生ボードゲームデイ “Let’s play again soon!”

英語を話しながらボードゲームを楽しめました！来てくれた皆さん、ありがとうございました！

We enjoyed talking in English and playing board games! Thank you to everyone who came!

3月に桐生でボードゲームデイを開催しました。参加者29名が来てくれて、JOMO JETのメンバーやボランティアの方と一緒に英会話をしたり、たくさんのゲームを遊んだりしました。とても楽しかったです！

In March, 29 participants joined us in Kiryu for a Board Game Day! We enjoyed English conversations with new and old friends while playing many fun board games.

今回のゲームはアップル・トゥ・アップル、ジャングルスピード、ピクチェリーカ、スシゴー、ナンジャモンジャ、ウノ・スタッコ、ウィー・ウィル・ロック・ユーの全部で７つでした。参加者は好きなゲームを選び、定期的に次のゲームに移動し、時間内に３つのゲームで遊ぶことが出来ました。皆さんは楽しい時間を過ごしました。

The 7 games that we played were Apples to Apples, Jungle Speed, Pictureka, Sushi Go, Toddles-Bobbles, Uno Stacko, and We Will Rock You! Participants played three rounds of games. Everyone had a great time!

 

これは桐生で2回目のボードゲームイベントでした！

This was our second board game event in Kiryu!

桐生の未来創生塾も来て、皆を桐生で他の楽しいイベントに招待しました。

Kiryu’s own Future Creation School joined and invited everyone to more fun events in Kiryu.

On Friday, December 14th, JOMOJET held another successful Board Game Night at Isesaki High School, co-hosted with their International Club. This time around, we had a Christmas theme and some people came dressed in Christmassy outfits!
JOMO JETは12月１４日（金）に伊勢崎高等学校のインターナショナル部と「伊勢崎ボードゲームナイト」を開催しました。今回はクリスマスをテーマにしましたので、クリスマスらしい服装を着てきた人もいました。

    サンタさんも遊びに来ましたよ！









  • We had a Christmas tree!
    クリスマスツリーもありました！

We played various interesting games! The 6 games we played were: Apples to Apples, Toddles Bobbles, Dixit, Super Rhino, English Jenga and Oh Really!
様々な面白いゲームで遊びました。今回のゲームは「アップル・トゥ・アップル」、「ナンジャモンジャ」、「ディクシット・オデッセイ」、「キャプテン・ライノ」、「英語ジェンガ」と「オー・リアリー！」、全部で６つのゲームでした。

Student volunteers at Isesaki High School were wonderful. Thanks to them, Board Game Night has been a great success.
伊勢崎高等学校のインターナショナル部の皆さんはとても素敵な方ばかりでしたね。皆さんのおかげで、ボードゲームナイトは大成功でした！

Once again, a special thank you to Isesaki High School and Isesaki International Club for helping us organize this event, making it such an awesome night. We look forward to hosting more fun events in Isesaki!
伊勢崎高等学校とインターナショナル部の皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。おかげさまでとても楽しい夜になりました。また伊勢崎市で楽しいイベントを開催できればと思います！

Fujioka Board Game Night 藤岡ボードゲームナイト “Thank you for coming!”

11月に藤岡ボードゲームナイトを開催しました。参加者35名が来てくれて、JOMO JETのメンバーやボランティアの方と一緒に英会話をしたり、たくさんのゲームを遊んだりしました。とても楽しかったです！今回は小さいお子様もたくさん来てくれたので、お子様エリアも用意しました。
In November, we had our Fujioka Board Game Night! 35 participants came
together to play many board games and to have fun discussions in English
with our members and volunteers! There were also many small children that
came to play at the event, so we had a Kids Area too.
今回のゲームはブロックス、英語ジェンガ、ヘッドバンズ、パス・ザ・ピッグス、ジャングルスピード、スプラッシュ！、ウィー・ウィル・ロック・ユーの全部で７つでした。参加者は好きなゲームを選び、定期的に次のゲームに移動し、時間内に３つのゲームで遊ぶことが出来ました。皆さんは楽しい時間を過ごしました。
The 7 games that we played were Blockus, English Jenga, HeadBanz, Pass the Pigs, Jungle Speed, Splash, and We Will Rock You! Participants played three rounds of games of their choosing. Everyone had a great time!

このイベントは６年ぶりの藤岡ボードゲームナイトでした！また、色々な準備等を手伝ってくださった山口明さんにお礼を申し上げます。おかげさまでイベントが大成功でした。また藤岡でイベントを開催できればと思います。
This was our first board game event in Fujioka! A special thank you to Akira Yamaguchi for helping us organize this event and making it such a successful and fun night. We look forward to hosting more fun events in Fujioka!
